Deep Tissue doesn’t mean painful massage for the whole duration of your treatment. I use a slow, muscle specific, approach that allows me to sink deeper into the muscle tissues, giving you the relief you crave.

All About Me
My Journey
I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario since 2002, and moved to Canmore in 2022.
I have enjoyed working in various settings including physio and Chiropractic clinics, spa's and my own Massage Therapy clinic that I sold when moving out to the beautiful mountains.

I am able to integrate deep tissue work of treating hypertonic muscle tissue and myofascial restrictions as well as decreasing the sympathetic nervous system to allow for relaxation of both mind and body.
I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is important for any Massage Therapist.
